Onetouch Communication & Security aims to get your items to you fast and safe. We want to make sure you have a smooth experience when you buy from us.
1. Shipping Time & Processing
We handle all orders within 1-2 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). After we process your order, shipping takes 3-7 business days based on your location. How long it takes to get to you might change because of shipping companies, weather, or holidays. We'll send you an email/Notification with tracking info when we ship your order.
2. Shipping Rates
We don't charge for shipping within a 5 km radius of our shipping spots/pin codes across India. For deliveries outside this radius, we'll add shipping fees based on how far you are from our shipping point. You'll see the exact cost when you check out. Please note, we can't ship outside India right now.
3. Order Tracking
After we ship your order, you'll get an email/whatsapp notification with tracking info so you can keep an eye on your package. You can track your order right on our website or use the tracking number we give you on the courier's tracking website.
4. Shipping Areas
We ship to below cities of India, with selective pin codes for now.
5. Delivery Delays
We try to deliver your order when we say we will. But sometimes things happen that slow us down. If your package is late because of things we can't control, like problems with the courier bad weather, or natural disasters, we'll let you know right away. We'll also work to fix the problem.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item shows up damaged, get in touch with us right away at service@onetouchsmarthome.com. Tell us your order number and send pictures of the damaged item. We'll look at your claim, analyze and then take action accordingly. If your package gets lost, contact our customer service team. They'll help you out. We'll work with the shipping company to solve the problem as fast as we can.
7. Replacement Policy
We don't take returns, but we can replace your Product if you want. To start this process, get in touch with us at service@onetouchsmarthome.com or call [customer service number]. You'll need to send us a video and photos of the product, along with your purchase details so we can check everything. After we've checked, we'll sort out the replacement. Please note, you'll have to pay for shipping the replacement.
