Terms and Conditions
1. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In the event that the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will inform you promptly and provide an option for a similar replacement.
2. Pricing
Prices listed are final and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Any discounts or promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and cannot be combined with other offers.
3. Installation Services (if applicable)
For products, such as video door phones and digital door locks, professional installation will be required for optimal functionality. Installation services are not included in the product price unless specified. Please contact us for installation support or guidance. The installation charges mentioned at the time of purchase cover one-time installation of the product at the customer’s location. Any post-installation service requests will be treated as separate service calls, and additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the issue, after assessment by our support team.
4. Warranty

5. Return & Replacement
We do not accept returns. However, in the case of a defective or incorrect product, replacements can be arranged as per our Replacement Policy. Please ensure that the product is checked upon delivery. Any damage or defects should be reported within 7 days from the date of receipt. 6. Shipping

7. Usage & Maintenance
For optimal performance and longevity of your Onetouch video door phone or digital door lock, please follow the instructions in the user manual provided. Improper use or installation may void your warranty.
8. Product Specifications
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product information, specifications and features may vary slightly due to updates or improvements. We reserve the right to make changes to product design and technical specifications without prior notice.
9. Liability
We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from improper installation(if installation not done by our authorized partner) or use of the products. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that installation is carried out by qualified professionals.
10. Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, and technical specifications are the intellectual property of Discreet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and cannot be used or replicated without prior written consent.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of this product will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.
